Yeah, they adctually count the number of crimes. They should be weighing the socio-economic aspects that underpin the anti-social behavior of oppressed peoples. That's right, isn't it? COMMENT: New York City addressed its crime problem with considerable success. Why can't these other cities do the same? And why isn't that question asked by the politically correct press?
